On Wednesday, February 19, the Employers’ Day event took place at the Or Akiva Youth Center, and T.O.M was proud to take part. The event was designed to connect employers with young job seekers and help them find high-quality employment opportunities.

T.O.M representatives – Tzvika East, COO, Hanan Hananaev, Marketing & Sales Manager & Account Manager, and Tal Mizrahi, HR Representative – met with many young professionals interested in joining the IT and technology sector.

Attendees received information about career opportunities at T.O.M, including technical support roles, IT system management, and long-term career growth in the field.

Among the participating employers were the Israel Prison Service, the Israel Police, Infini Paper Industries, Anna Lotan, and more. The event, supported by the Mayor, provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen the local job market and connect young talent with leading employers.
