Accessibility Statement
The accessibility of T.O.M’s website is designed to make it available, user-friendly, and more convenient for individuals with special needs, including but not limited to motor disabilities, cognitive impairments, nearsightedness, blindness or color blindness, hearing impairments, and senior citizens.
Accessibility Level
T.O.M ensures its website and products are compatible with popular browsers and mobile devices. Accessibility testing is conducted using NVDA screen readers.
We strive to comply with the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (2013) at AA level. Additionally, we implement recommendations from the WCAG 2.0 document by the W3C organization on the WordPress platform, within the system’s constraints, to the best of our ability.

Adjustments and Improvements Made

– The website content is written in an orderly, clear, and hierarchical manner. Where necessary, explanations are provided alongside the content.
– The site is compatible with modern browsers.
– The site layout adapts to various screen sizes and resolutions.
– The content is written in simple and clear language.
– All images on the site include alternative textual descriptions (alt text).
– The website allows font size adjustments using the Ctrl key and mouse scroll wheel.
– The site does not use moving or flashing text.
Exemptions
It is important to note that despite our efforts to make all pages on the website and other digital assets accessible, some sections or functionalities may not yet be fully accessible or properly adjusted.
