Hosting Gal College: A Unique Insight into the World of IT, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Solutions
On Tuesday, July 15, 2025, we were honored to host the participants of the “New Path” program from Gal College, which operates under the Rehabilitation Division of Israel’s National Insurance Institute. The group included 15 participants, accompanied by a professional facilitator, who came for a unique and in-depth tour to learn about the world of IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
Throughout the day, we presented our company’s activities, various services, and our organizational culture — emphasizing professionalism, innovation, and a family-like atmosphere. The participants attended a general presentation and joined a panel with different role holders in the company, including a Tier 1 support representative, system engineers, cybersecurity professionals, the HR manager, the marketing manager, the support center manager, the head of the cybersecurity department, and the head of the cloud department. Each shared their personal story, described their role, career progression, and the reasons they enjoy coming to work every day.
The guests visited all company departments — the support center, cybersecurity department, cloud department, and company headquarters. They gained first-hand insight into daily operations and learned about our strict security policies, including our procedure of collecting phones before entering work areas to maintain confidentiality and information security.
At the end of the visit, there was an open Q&A session where participants expressed interest in a variety of topics — from entering the IT and cloud solutions field, to career development paths, and even personal experiences and workplace challenges. Some visitors even expressed a strong interest in potentially joining our team in the future.
We thank Gal College for this important collaboration and are excited to continue exposing more and more people to our fascinating fields. For us, it is a great honor to contribute to strengthening self-confidence and a sense of capability among new audiences, and to give them a behind-the-scenes look at a leading company in the fields of IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions in Israel.
